Complaints Procedure

All complaints are handled by the Customer Services department on 0844 871 2015.
Any faulty products are collected and replaced (or credited) within 24 hours. Customer Services personnel have full authority to issue collections and credits where applicable.

All products are batch labelled and as a result products are batch quarantined should this be required.

All complaints can be escalated to the General Manager or a Director.
